Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einsatzplanung, Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden in deinem Fachgeschäft und schaffst eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre
- Du kümmerst dich um die Bestell- & Retourenabwicklung
- Du verkaufst unsere Backwaren im Fachgeschäft, wobei uns eine kompetente Beratung und Bedienung unserer Kund:innen sehr wichtig ist
- Du bereitest regelmäßig verschiedene Snackprodukte und Kaffeespezialitäten zu
- Du backst mehrmals täglich unsere frischen Backwaren mithilfe unserer Ladenbacköfen
- Du erledigst Kassiervorgänge und Kassenabrechnungen selbstständig mit unseren modernen Kassensystemen und bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung unserer Hygiene- und Unternehmensstandards

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine Ausbildung als Fachverkäufer (m/w/d) im Lebensmittelhandwerk, im Restaurant- oder Hotelfach bzw. im Einzelhandel absolviert oder bereits Erfahrung im Verkauf, z.B. als Store Manager (m/w/d). oder vergleichbar
- Gerne geben wir Dir auch als erfahrener Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) eine Chance
- Du bringst Begeisterung für den Service- und Gastronomiebereich sowie Spaß am Umgang mit Kund:innen mit
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau
- Du bist zuverlässig, engagiert und belastbar
- Du bist kontaktfreudig und arbeitest gerne im Team

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
