Als Release Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von SAP-Release-Prozessen für unsere Kundenprojekte. Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Funktionen, Patches und Systemänderungen reibungslos, termingerecht und in hoher Qualität ausgeliefert werden, in enger Abstimmung mit unseren SAP-Berater:innen, Entwickler:innen und Kunden.
Was sind Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche?
- Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst SAP-Releasezyklen (on-premise und cloudbasiert)
- Du steuerst und gestaltest das Releasemanagement über die Systemlandschaften in komplexen SAP-Umgebungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit Projektteams, Kund:innen und externen Dienstleister:innen zusammen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Compliance-Vorgaben und Dokumentationspflichten sicher
- Du baust Release- und Deployment-Prozesse auf und entwickelst sie weiter (z. B. mit Change Control Management im SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build und SAP Cloud ALM)
- Du unterstützt bei der Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Abläufen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise als Berater:in oder technische:r Projektleiter:in
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Know-how in SAP-Basis, Transportmanagement und idealerweise Change Control Management mit SAP Solution Manager / Focused Build
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit agilen Projektmethoden (Scrum, SAFe), was von Vorteil ist
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
