- Du setzt unsere Planungskonzepte und gebäudetechnischen Schemata zeichnerisch um
- Du bist vertraut mit 3D-Modellierung und Visualisierung
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität für BIM-Methoden und unterstützt uns auf unserer Reise von der 3D-Welt in die 4. und 5. Dimension
- Du übernimmst die CAD-Koordination zwischen den Gewerken
- Du führst die finale Kollisionskontrolle der erstellten Planunterlagen durch und setzt die Projektinformationen für die Erstellung von Berechnungen um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Technischen Zeichner (m/w/d), Technischen Systemplaner (m/w/d) oder hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HKLS oder Elektrotechnik
- Du konntest bereits erste fachbezogene Berufserfahrung in einem Planungsbüro oder in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für mindestens 1 Jahr sammeln
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem CAD-Programm PlancalNova oder Revit und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAE-Programmen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine proaktive Arbeitsweise aus und arbeitest gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
