Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung von Projekten, die du gemeinsam mit deinem Planungsteam umsetzt
- Du entwickelst technische Planungskonzepte und führst Projekte bis zur Ausführungsreife, dabei bewertest du alternative Lösungen und berätst den Bauherrn fachkundig
- Du begleitest die Erstellung von Wärmebedarfs- und Kühllastberechnungen sowie die Auswahl und Auslegung von Heizungs- und Kälteerzeugern, Wärmeübertragern, Pumpen und Regelungstechnik und prüfst diese auf fachliche Plausibilität
- Du verantwortest die Erstellung von technischen Konzepten und Planungsunterlagen für Heizungs- und Kälteanlagen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Normen und Richtlinien
- Du stimmst dich mit Auftraggebenden, Architekt:innen, Behörden, öffentlichen Versorgern und anderen Projektbeteiligten ab und vertrittst das Projekt nach außen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Studiengang, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker:in oder über vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von heizungs-, lüftungs- und kältetechnischen Anlagen nach den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der HOAI hinweg, mit
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und hast ein gutes Gespür für die Steuerung komplexer Projektabläufe
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und pflegst einen klaren und wertschätzenden Austausch mit internen und externen Beteiligten
- Du bist bereit, dich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden und über aktuelle Entwicklungen und Technologien im Bereich der Heizungs- und Kältetechnik auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
