Was erwartet dich?
- Du kalkulierst eigenverantwortlich anspruchsvolle und komplexe Holzbauprojekte unter Berücksichtigung der rechtlichen, technischen und wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen
- Du prüfst wettbewerbsfähige und stimmige Massenermittlungen und erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse
- Du bearbeitest Angebote und Nachtragsangebote und führst eine Preisdatenbank ein und pflegst sie
- Du nimmst aktiv an Ausschreibungen sowie Vergabeverhandlungen mit Subunternehmen teil
- Du arbeitest in der Angebots- und Ausführungsphase sowie bei Einkaufsverhandlungen mit und erstellst und prüfst Nebenangebote

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, eine Technikerausbildung oder einen anderen relevanten Hintergrund
- Du bringst 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und arbeitest flexibel, eigenverantwortlich und selbständig
- Du hast Teamgeist und eine unternehmerische Denkweise
- Du bist hoch motiviert und leidenschaftlich sowie begeistert für die Arbeit im Team

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
