Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die ganzheitliche Steuerung von Projekten im Maschinenbau und der Automatisierung – von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur finalen Kundenabnahme.
- Dabei stellen Sie die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen sowie Kosten sicher und nutzen MS-Project zur transparenten Überwachung des Projektfortschritts.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson koordinieren Sie souverän die Kommunikation zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen wie dem Einkauf.
- Sie führen Verhandlungen mit Subunternehmern, verantworten die Auftragsvergabe und stellen eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit aller Projektbeteiligten sicher.
- Zusätzlich wirken Sie bei der Erstellung von Nachtragsangeboten mit und tragen so aktiv zur erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung der Kundenprojekte bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, einen Meister- oder Technikerabschluss oder ein Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau) mit.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Förder- oder Automatisierungstechnik.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Project und den gängigen Office-Tools.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, und Sie verbinden Durchsetzungsvermögen mit einem souveränen Auftreten.
- Sie sind kommunikations- und teamfähig und verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
