Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Gesamtprojektfortschrittes zur Erreichung der Projektziele (Qualität, Termine, Kosten, Spezifikation)
- Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson intern sowie extern für Kund:innen und Subunternehmer (Kund:innen- und Lieferantengespräche)
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den kompletten Projektverlauf vom Engineering bis zur Endabnahme durch die Kund:innen unter Berücksichtigung der kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
- Sie vergeben Aufträge an Lieferanten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Nachtragsangeboten mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Techniker:in, Meister:in oder haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. in Maschinenbau oder Ähnlichem
- Sie haben idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in der Fördertechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Project und den gängigen Office-Tools
- Sie arbeiten mit großer Sorgfalt und Präzision, haben Durchsetzungsvermögen und treten souverän auf
- Sie zeigen ausgeprägte Leistungsbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Sie besitzen Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
