Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung auf unseren Neubau-Baustellen und stellst die qualitativ hochwertige Montage von Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson vor Ort steuerst Du die Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Team, den Bauleitern sowie anderen Gewerken und stimmst Dich eng mit der Projektleitung ab.
- Du bist für die Einhaltung der Pläne, Termine und Sicherheitsvorschriften verantwortlich und übernimmst die Baustellendokumentation.
- Du koordinierst die Materialversorgung, indem Du die bereits vorbereitete Ware für Deine Baustelle in unserem Lager in Krefeld abholst – ganz ohne lästige Vorarbeit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SHK-Bereich mit, idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung eines kleinen Teams gesammelt.
- Ein gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B ist für die Fahrten zu den Baustellen und zum Lager erforderlich.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert, und du behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben stets den Überblick.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit den Bauleitern sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
