Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und überwachst Projekte im Bereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär
- Du entwickelst technische Konzepte und bereitest Detailplanungen sowie technische Dokumentationen vor
- Du steuerst den Projektfortschritt auf Baustellen und koordinierst Montage-Teams sowie Subunternehmer
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Budgetvorgaben sicher
- Du betreust Kunden und Projektpartner während aller Projektschritte
- Du nutzt dein Fachwissen, um Angebote, Konzepte und Lösungen zu prüfen
- Du bist an Inbetriebnahmen, Tests und Übergaben beteiligt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als HKLS-Techniker:in, TGA-Techniker:in, Gebäudetechniker:in, Meister:in oder Ingenieur:in
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung oder Umsetzung von HKLS-Anlagen mit
- Du kennst die relevanten Normen und technischen Standards
- Du besitzt Organisationstalent und technische Kompetenz
- Du gehst strukturiert und lösungsorientiert an Aufgaben heran
- Du bist kommunikationsstark im Kontakt mit Kunden, Teams und Subunternehmern
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist bereit, projektabhängig zu reisen
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
