Als Referent für Steuern und Bilanzen (m/w/d) in der AIF Capital AG bearbeitest du eigenverantwortlich die zugeordneten Buchhaltungen (inkl. Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse) für die operativen Gesellschaften unserer Gruppe sowie die entsprechenden Unternehmens- und Liquiditätsplanungen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich die monatlichen USt.-Voranmeldungen und die zugehörigen zusammenfassenden Meldungen (ZM) für die im Organträger beinhalteten Mandant:innen
- Du berechnest und wendest die Vorsteueraufteilungen im Rahmen der gültigen Aufteilungssätze zum Zwecke des Vorsteuerabzugs (VSt.-Optionssatz)
- Du übermittelst eigenverantwortlich Z4-Meldungen an die Bundesbank im Rahmen der AWV-Meldepflicht
- Du arbeitest beim Liquiditäts- und Zahlungsmanagement mit und bereitest die Unterlagen für die Gewerbe- und Körperschaftssteuererklärung vor
- Du bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung vor und arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung der kaufmännischen sowie digitalen Prozesse und Strukturen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 10 Jahre und nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Banken, Versicherungen, Finanzbehörden, Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen bzw. Tätigkeit in einem der genannten Bereiche
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Steuern bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, optimalerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung als Steuerberater:in
- Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting und/oder Steuern, vorzugsweise in der Finanz-, Fonds- oder Immobilienbranche
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Handels- und Steuerrecht
- Du zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative und unternehmerische Kompetenz sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du hast eine analytische, prozess- und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an Optimierungen, Herausforderungen und der Arbeit im Team
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in allen MS Office Anwendungen sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
