Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind kompetenter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die Kundenbestellungen aus dem Fachhandel im In- und Ausland
- Sie verantworten die termingerechte Bearbeitung der Bestellungen
- Sie prüfen die Kundenbestellungen auf technische Umsetzbarkeit und beraten unsere Fachhändler bei Problemen, Produktfragen und Preisen
- Sie kommunizieren mit den Kunden (m/w/d) per Telefon und E-Mail

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
