Überwachung der Steuerrückstellungen
Umsatzsteuerverprobung und -voranmeldung
Zusammenfassende Meldung für die Region DACH
Mitarbeit in der Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen
Umsatzsteuerliche Beurteilung von Geschäftsvorfällen im internationalen Handel
Erstellung der Intrastat-Meldung
Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen
Abstimmung der Debitoren- und Sachkonten
Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens, einschließlich Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Mahnvorschlagslisten, Mahnschreiben sowie Berechnung von Verzugszinsen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einer Steuerkanzlei
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuerrecht (insb. in der Unternehmensbesteuerung)
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office
Eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau)
