Deine Aufgaben in dieser vielseiteigen Position umfassen die korrekte und zeitnahe Finanzbuchhaltung für mehrere Gesellschaften, inklusive Rechnungsverarbeitung, Bankabgleich und Stammdatenpflege. Zusätzlich gehören vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für Steueranmeldungen, Unterstützung bei Auswertungen sowie die Optimierung von Prozessen in DATEV und die Entlastung des Bilanzbuchhalters zum Verantwortungsbereich.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst eine korrekte und zeitnahe Finanzbuchhaltung sicher – als Basis für die Jahresabschlüsse der fünf Einzelgesellschaften sowie den Konzernabschluss.
- Du verarbeitest Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchungen zuverlässig und sorgst für den Abgleich von Banktransaktionen und Zahlungen.
- Du pflegst Stammdaten sorgfältig und übernimmst vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weitere Meldungen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen und treibst Prozessoptimierungen in DATEV aktiv voran.
- Du entlastest den Bilanzbuchhalter durch die zuverlässige Abwicklung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, vorzugsweise im Mittelstand; E-Commerce- oder Handelserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV Rechnungswesen und MS Office (insbesondere Excel).
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB.
- Du arbeitest mit hoher Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit, besonders in Abschlussphasen.
- Du bist termintreu und belastbar.
- Du legst Wert auf sorgfältige Dokumentation und Nachvollziehbarkeit von Buchungen.
- Du bist teamfähig und gehst konstruktiv mit Feedback um.
- Du bist digital und toolaffin und hast einen ausgeprägten Willen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
