Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie begleiten Kund:innen als operative Ansprechperson für militärische und sicherheitsrelevante Kund:innen im Tagesgeschäft
- Sie setzen Angebote um, indem Sie diese erstellen und kalkulieren auf Basis der vom Außendienst geklärten Anforderungen und stellen eine vollständige, verlässliche Angebotsunterlage sicher
- Sie stellen die Regulatorik sicher, indem Sie die Verantwortung für die vollständige und regelkonforme Erstellung militärischer und regulatorischer Unterlagen (z. B. BAAINBw, Preisprüfung, Exportkontrolle) übernehmen
- Sie verbinden Prozesse, indem Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle eng und kollaborativ mit Außendienst und Technik zusammenarbeiten und einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sichern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder technischen Projektmanagement
- Sie besitzen idealerweise Kenntnisse im militärischen Umfeld (BAAINBw, Preisprüfung, VG-Normen, Exportkontrolle)
- Sie gehen sicher mit technischen Unterlagen und ERP-Systemen um
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und präzise und haben eine starke kommunikative Teamorientierung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
