Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln unsere Finanzbuchhaltung weiter und gestalten aktiv Strukturen, Abläufe und Standards
- Sie führen die laufende Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Anlagen) selbstständig durch und stellen eine gesetzeskonforme und transparente Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle sicher
- Sie stimmen Konten ab und klären eigenständig offene Posten
- Sie bereiten die Umsatzsteuer-Anmeldungen vor und arbeiten eng mit Steuerberatern und internen Bereichen bei Steuererklärungen zusammen
- Sie überwachen alle steuerlichen Fristen und Vorgaben und wenden DATEV, insbesondere DUO, fundiert an
- Sie bereiten alle relevanten Unterlagen für die Jahresabschlussprüfung vor und koordinieren den Austausch mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern
- Sie erstellen, pflegen und überwachen die Liquiditätsplanung und analysieren betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen (BWA), um konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Sie berichten regelmäßig an die Geschäftsleitung und unterstützen bei kleineren administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im täglichen Tagesgeschäft
- Sie wirken aktiv an effizienten Büro- und Verwaltungsprozessen mit und vertreten in der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung während Urlaubs- oder Krankheitszeiten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Finanzmanagement, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung, als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Industriekauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, wachsenden Umfeld
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht mit Blick auf die Finanzbuchhaltung und Erfahrung mit Jahresabschlüssen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit DATEV (insbesondere DUO) sowie MS Office, besonders Excel
- Sie haben eine hohe Motivation, neue Strukturen aufzubauen und Prozesse eigenständig weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie zeichnen sich durch analytisches Denkvermögen, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus und sind teamfähig, kommunikationsstark sowie strukturiert und selbstständig in Ihrer Arbeitsweise
