Als unser Softwareentwickler (PHP/MySQL) verantworten Sie die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen E-Learning-Plattformen in einem Hybrid-Modell. Ihre Kernaufgabe ist die Konzeption und Implementierung von Schnittstellen zur Integration unserer KI-Assistenten, wie Noreia.ai, und externen Business-Systemen (ERP). Sie übernehmen die technische Leitung Ihrer Projekte und tragen maßgeblich zur Innovation im digitalen Lernen bei.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen E-Learning-Plattformen in einem Hybrid-Modell
- Du konzipierst und implementierst Schnittstellen zur Integration unserer KI-Assistenten wie Noreia.ai sowie zu externen Business-Systemen wie ERP
- Du übernimmst die technische Leitung deiner Projekte und trägst maßgeblich zur Innovation im digitalen Lernen bei
- Du konzipierst, leitest und realisierst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Moodle-Lernplattformen, von der Erweiterung bestehender Funktionen bis zur Entwicklung neuer, komplexer Plugins und Themes
- Du bist technisch verantwortlich für die nahtlose Integration und Weiterentwicklung unserer KI-Assistenten wie Noreia.ai direkt in die Moodle-Umgebung und weitere E-Learning-Produkte
- Du verantwortest die Gestaltung und Implementierung von robusten Middlewares und APIs zur Anbindung der E-Learning-Plattform an ERP-Systeme und andere zentrale Kundensysteme
- Du nutzt deine exzellenten Kenntnisse in PHP für das Moodle-Backend und setzt MySQL oder PostgreSQL für die Datenbankoptimierung ein
- Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für Softwareprojekte von der Anforderungsanalyse über die technische Konzeption bis zum Deployment in der Produktivumgebung
- Du arbeitest eng mit Product Owner:innen und Designer:innen zusammen und bist an zwei Präsenztagen pro Woche in unserem Büro in Bamberg für den direkten Austausch, das Teambuilding und die effiziente Abstimmung strategischer Projekte präsent

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Beispiel als Fachinformatiker:in oder kannst eine mehrjährige, nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Softwareentwickler:in vorweisen
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kenntnisse in PHP und MySQL oder PostgreSQL sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit Git
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Wartung von RESTful APIs oder Middleware zur Anbindung an Business-Systeme wie ERP oder CRM
- Du bist neugierig und hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit der Integration von KI oder Large Language Models in Anwendungen
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen mit Moodle, wobei dies kein Muss ist, da wir eine Einarbeitung bieten
- Du bringst Basiskenntnisse in Node.js oder TypeScript mit
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2) und hast gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Eigenverantwortung, analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit aus, komplexe Sachverhalte klar zu kommunizieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
