Was erwartet dich?
- ·Sie leiten unser Sachgebiet „Straßenbau/Straßenunterhaltung“ und führen dabei ein 14-köpfiges Team, das Sie ebenso versiert wie empathisch weiterentwickeln.
- Umsichtig steuern Sie „Ihre“ BSO-Straßenbaukolonne im gesamten Stadtgebiet Oberursels, legen fest, was wann und wie gemacht werden muss, koordinieren Fremdfirmen, prüfen deren Angebote, vergeben Aufträge und beziehen dafür gegebenenfalls externe Ingenieurbüros ein.
- Wenn Leitungen, Kabel oder Hausanschlusskanäle im öffentlichen Raum verlegt werden, bearbeiten Sie die jeweiligen Aufbruchanträge, Trassenzuweisungen und kontrollieren zuverlässig die Aufbrüche der jeweiligen Baufirmen. Die Brücken und Ingenieurbauwerke im Stadtgebiet befinden sich gleichermaßen in diesem Aufgabenbereich.
- Selbstverständlich, dass Sie auch allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten, wie z.B. Korrespondenz mit Bürgerinnen, Bürgern und Gremien, Budgetüberwachung und statistische Auswertungen übernehmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (mindestens Bachelor) mit Vertiefungsrichtung Straßenbau oder vergleichbar
- Alternativ: mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter/-in im Bereich Straßenbau/-unterhaltung – idealerweise mit Personalverantwortung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Planungs- und Verwaltungsrecht (HOAI, VOB und VgV) sowie im öffentlichen Ausschreibungswesen
- Innovationsfreude und die Fähigkeit alte Strukturen zukunftsfähig zu gestalten
- Routine mit MS Office sowie IT-Affinität
- Führerschein der Klasse B

Wir sind ein Eigenbetrieb der Stadt Oberursel (Taunus) und leisten umfangreiche und serviceorientierte Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Abfallentsorgung, Kläranlage, Wasserversorgung, Friedhöfe, Spiel- und Sportplätze, Grünanlagen, Hoch- und Tiefbau sowie Forst.
