Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung für die Montage, Demontage und Inbetriebnahme unserer Elektroanlagen, insbesondere im Bereich Energieversorgung und Schaltanlagen, direkt beim Kunden.
- Du planst und koordinierst sämtliche Abläufe auf der Baustelle, von der Materialdisposition bis zur Sicherstellung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson vor Ort steuerst Du die Kommunikation zwischen Kunden, Deinem Montageteam und internen Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zu sichern.
- Du übernimmst zukünftig die fachliche Führung Deines Teams, verantwortest die Personaleinsatzplanung und förderst die Entwicklung Deiner Mitarbeiter:innen aktiv.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf z.B. als Elektroniker (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Montage von Elektroanlagen mit bauleitender Tätigkeit
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein Klasse B und bist bereit für Montageeinsätze
- Du arbeitest selbständig, konzentriert und eigenverantwortlich
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
