Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und berätst unsere Kund:innen aus dem medizinischen und juristischen Bereich technisch
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Software sowie Server- und Clientbetriebssysteme
- Du baust komplette Netzwerke auf, rüstest sie um und demontierst sie (inkl. Server, Clients, Drucker und Scanner)
- Du bindest medizinische Geräte an
- Du berätst bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Praxis- bzw. Kanzleigründungen und -umzügen
- Du richtest Online-Datensicherungen ein und überwachst sie
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Software-Hotline und Projektabteilung zur ganzheitlichen Kund:innenbetreuung zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich – z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration – oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit
- Du bist Quereinsteiger:in mit einer hohen IT-Affinität und praktischer Erfahrung im Umgang mit Netzwerken und Betriebssystemen - auch dann freuen wir uns über deine Bewerbung
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kund:innennetzwerken, idealerweise im medizinischen oder juristischen Umfeld
- Du kennst dich gut mit Microsoft-Betriebssystemen (Server & Clients) aus und hast ein solides Verständnis von Netzwerktechnologien
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Anbindung medizinischer Geräte mit
- Du arbeitest kundenorientiert, eigenständig und kommunikationsstark und eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und der Führerschein der Klasse B runden dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
