Was erwartet dich?
- Leitung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Teams, inkl. Recruiting-Management (in Zusammenarbeit mit HR)
- Verantwortung für Planung, Koordination und Überwachung aller Projektaktivitäten
- Sicherstellung aller Qualität-, Sicherheits- und Terminstandards
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien, aktive Kundenakquise und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Ressourcenmanagement, Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle
- Vertriebsverantwortung
- Technologische Innovation: Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen, Technologien und Methoden zur Effizienzsteigerung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Vermessungswesen, Geodäsie, Geoinformation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter, idealerweise in der Ingenieurvermessung oder Energieinfrastruktur
- Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Vertriebsaffinität und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
- Gute Kenntnisse in Vermessungstechnik, GNSS-, Tachymetrie- und Auswertetechnologien wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Verantwortungsbewusste, selbstbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft/Bereitschaft zu Außendiensteinsätzen
- Führerschein Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
