Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst verschiedene Glasartikel aus Massiv- und Hohlglas her
- Du fertigst handgearbeitete Artikel aus einer Kelle oder Kugel flüssigen Glases und wendest dabei Handwerkzeuge wie die Glasmacherpfeife an, formst das Glas und gestaltest die Glasartikel weiter
- Du bearbeitest Kaltglas durch Bohren, Fräsen, Schleifen und Polieren
- Du bedienst Maschinen, steuerst und überwachst die Produktion von Glasartikeln
- Du wartest und pflegst Maschinen und stellst die Funktion der Produktionsanlage sicher
- Du arbeitest laufend in unserer Manufaktur für Leuchten oder Stahlfenster mit und führst Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen nach Einführung durch den Produktionsleiter aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Glasmacher (m/w/d) oder bist Quereinsteiger:in mit ersten nachhaltigen Erfahrungen und Können am Glas-Ofen
- Du verfügst über theoretische Kenntnisse und praktische Übungen in der Glasherstellung
- Du bist teamfähig und engagierst dich für Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit
- Du bist flexibel, neugierig und freust dich, jeden Tag Neues dazu zu lernen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
