Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei der Produktion unserer Stromversorgungen (Bestückung, Endmontage)
- Sie unterstützen die Fertigungsleitung bei folgenden Punkten:
- Planung und Betreuung der laufenden Produktion
- Planung und Durchführung von Wartungen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Produktionsanlagen
- Fachliche Führung der Produktionsmitarbeiter
- Sie unterstützen bei der Arbeit an Maßnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung und des Qualitätsmanagements

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Fachbereich
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Sie haben Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau
- Sie sind Teamfähig, zeigen Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
