Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen die fachgerechte Bestückung und Endmontage unserer Stromversorgungen und sichern so deren hohe Qualität.
- Sie planen und steuern die laufenden Produktionsprozesse und verantworten die Wartung sowie Instandhaltung der Anlagen.
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Anleitung der Produktionsmitarbeiter und agieren als erste Ansprechperson im Tagesgeschäft.
- Sie wirken aktiv an der Optimierung unserer Fertigungsprozesse mit und bringen eigene Ideen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität ein.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigungsleitung entwickeln Sie sich schrittweise in eine leitende Rolle und übernehmen zunehmend mehr Verantwortung.

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktion oder Instandhaltung elektronischer Anlagen mit.
- Sie haben den Ehrgeiz und das Potenzial, sich in eine fachliche Führungsrolle zu entwickeln und mittelfristig ein Team zu leiten.
- Eine eigenständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um einen reibungslosen Austausch im Team zu gewährleisten.
