Sachbearbeiter im Einkauf (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bestellst operativ Rohstoffe, Verpackungen und Handelswaren
- Du stimmst Termine ab und koordinierst Lieferungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion
- Du prüfst und bearbeitest eingehende Rechnungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Du führst einfache Preis- und Angebotsvergleiche durch und bereitest Preisverhandlungen vor
- Du erstellst und pflegst Lieferanten- und Besuchsberichte sowie Lieferantenbewertungen und führst und aktualisierst Statistiken sowie systematische Dokumentationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d) oder Vergleichbares
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Sachbearbeiter im Einkauf mit
- Du beherrschst fließend Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP Systemen sowie Stammdaten-Workflows
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen im chemischen Umfeld

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
