Wir unterstützen Banken dabei, moderne, sichere und prüfungsfeste IAM- und Berechtigungskonzepte zu gestalten. Als Teil unseres Teams entwickelst du Lösungen entlang regulatorischer Anforderungen, optimierst SoD- und Rollenmodelle und bringst dein Know-how in anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte ein.

Was erwartet dich?

Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Berechtigungs- und Funktionstrennungskonzepten im Bankenumfeld, stets entlang regulatorischer Vorgaben (z. B. MaRisk, DORA)
Du unterstützt bei der Analyse, Modellierung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Identitäts- und Rechtemanagement-Prozessen inkl. Rollenmanagement
Du analysierst bestehende Berechtigungslandschaften, identifizierst Risiken (z. B. SoD-Konflikte, risikobehaftete Zugriffe) und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zur Compliance- und Effizienzsteigerung ab
Du entwickelst projektbezogene Schulungskonzepte und Awareness-Maßnahmen für Kunden, Fachbereiche und Stakeholder entlang der Gesamtregeln zum Berechtigungsmanagement
Du organisierst, evaluierst und dokumentierst sämtliche Prozesse und Regelwerke im Kontext Berechtigungsmanagement – von der Roadmap-Erstellung bis zum Prüfungsmanagement.
Du arbeitest flexibel und überwiegend remote, bist aber bereit, Kundentermine bei Bedarf auch vor Ort wahrzunehmen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im (IT-)Berechtigungsmanagement, Identitäts- und Rechtemanagement und idealerweise Projekterfahrung mit Banken, Finanzdienstleistern oder beratungsnahen IAM-Lösungen
Du kennst Dich mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. MaRisk, DORA), Funktionstrennung (SoD), und Informationssicherheit ebenso aus wie mit Interaktionen zum internen Kontrollsystem (IKS) und Rollenmanagement
Du befähigst Dich durch analytisches, strukturiertes Vorgehen, um Prozesse, Risiken und Schnittstellen mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Compliance und Sicherheit zu optimieren
Du hast Kenntnisse in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte, im Stakeholdermanagement und in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams
Du denkst ganzheitlich und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Prozess- und Governance-Fragestellungen im IAM-Umfeld
Du bringst eine grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft mit und schätzt den direkten Austausch mit dem Kunden, wenn Projekteinsätze dies erfordern.
Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, arbeitest zielorientiert, ergreifst in schwierigen Situationen gerne die Initiative und übernimmst Verantwortung. Ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
gute Deutschkenntnisse (Goethe-Zertifikat C1) sind zwingend erforderlich.
