Wir helfen unseren Kunden, ihre IT-Revision und Informationssicherheitsorganisation modern, effizient und aufsichts-konform zu gestalten. Als Teil unseres Teams analysierst du bestehende Prüfungs- und ISB-Strukturen, entwickelst sie weiter und coachst Funktionsträger in anspruchsvollen Prüfungs- und Governance-Situationen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Prüfungsplanung zum Thema IT-Revision
- Du analysierst den IST-Zustand der Revisionsarbeit und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du unterstützt die interne Revision bei der Erstellung bzw. Überarbeitung des Prüfungs-katalogs, der Prüfungsgebiete, der Prüfungsobjekte und den Prüfungschecklisten
- Du führst ein umfassendes individuelles Coaching des Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten / der IKT-Risikokontrollfunktion (ISB) durch
- Du unterstützt den ISB bei dem anfallenden Tagesgeschäft sowie bei anstehenden internen und externen Prüfungen
- Du leitest zusammen mit dem ISB die turnusmäßigen Sitzungen des IKT-Risikomanagement-Boards und unterstützt bei der Erarbeitung der Berichte an den Vorstand
- Du arbeitest flexibel und überwiegend remote, bist aber bereit, Kundentermine bei Bedarf auch vor Ort wahrzunehmen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über umfassende theoretische Kenntnisse über die Arbeit einer internen Revision sowie eines ISB
- Du hast idealerweise selbst in der Funktion eines IT-Revisors und ISB gearbeitet
- Du kennst Dich aus mit den aktuellen Vorgaben der Aufsicht und der Prüfungsstelle
- Du hast Freude daran, im Rahmen des Coachings des ISB Dein fundiertes Fachwissen und Deine praktischen Erfahrungen an den Funktionsträger und auch an Berufsanfänger bzw. Seiteneinsteiger weiterzugeben
- Du bringst eine grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft mit und schätzt den direkten Austausch mit dem Kunden, wenn Projekteinsätze dies erfordern.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, arbeitest zielorientiert, ergreifst in schwierigen Situationen gerne die Initiative und übernimmst Verantwortung. Ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
- gute Deutschkenntnisse (Goethe-Zertifikat C1) sind zwingend erforderlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
