Mit Ihrem Gespür für Zahlen und Ihrer Erfahrung in der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung behalten Sie den Überblick über die vielfältigen Prozesse der Lippold Gruppe und helfen uns bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Payroll-Prozesse. Dabei überzeugen Sie mit Souveränität vor Ort, mit Genauigkeit bei der Eingabe von Daten und mit Spaß bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen/Kollegen und Kunden – dann würden wir Sie gerne kennenlernen!
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen die Gehaltsabrechnung selbstständig durch und erledigen die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung für ca. 160 Mitarbeitende unter Berücksichtigung aktueller steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Vorgaben
- Sie pflegen die Personalstammdaten und stimmen sich mit der Finanzbuchhaltung und Behörden ab
- Sie entwickeln Payroll-Prozesse weiter und digitalisieren diese
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für abrechnungsrelevante Themen und betreuen diese auf Augenhöhe
- Sie unterstützen bei der reibungslosen Finanzbuchhaltung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lohnbuchhaltung und Buchhaltung
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im deutschen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, insbesondere mit Excel
- Sie haben Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen und sind hilfsbereit
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
