Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest eigenverantwortlich Projekte von ortsansässigen Energieversorgern und Telekommunikationsanbietern im Großraum Kaiserslautern im Bereich von Freileitung/Kabelstrom-Hausanschlüssen/Telekommunikationsanschlüssen vor und wickelst diese ergebnisorientiert vollständig ab
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung und Überwachung der Bauausführungstermine
- Du disponierst baustellenbezogen die Mitarbeitenden, Material und Geräte
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Qualitäts- und Leistungskontrolle für die zugewiesenen Projekte
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich die Aufmaßerstellung und die Abrechnung der Projekte durch, einschließlich der erforderlichen Dokumentation
- Du überwachst und koordinierst die arbeits- und gesundheitsschutzrelevanten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und bist verantwortlich für die Führung und Förderung Deines Teams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine entsprechende Berufsausbildung (z.B. Straßenbauermeister:in, Maurermeister:in, Elektromeister:in oder ähnliches) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Bauingenieurwesen)
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung im Tiefbau und als Bauleiter:in
- Du kannst dich durchsetzen, hast aber auch das richtige Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und Auftraggebenden
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit sind Dir vertraute Begriffe
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und bist im Besitz des Führerscheins der Klasse B
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
