Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich einen festen Mandantenstamm und agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für komplexe steuerliche sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen.
- Mithilfe von DATEV erstellst und prüfst Du anspruchsvolle Jahresabschlüsse sowie betriebliche Steuererklärungen und stellst eine optimale steuerliche Beratung sicher.
- Du begleitest Betriebsprüfungen, prüfst Steuerbescheide sorgfältig und entwickelst proaktiv praxisorientierte Gestaltungsstrategien für Deine Mandant:innen.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Mandantenprojekte und unterstützt aktiv die fachliche Weiterentwicklung Deiner Kolleg:innen im Team.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst relevante Berufserfahrung aus einer Kanzlei mit – idealerweise auch erste Führungserfahrung.
- In der Bilanzierung, der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und im betrieblichen Steuerrecht verfügst du über fundierte Kenntnisse.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du bist digital affin und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV oder einer vergleichbaren Kanzleisoftware.
- Für die professionelle Mandantenbetreuung kommunizierst du verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
