Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch das Datacenter Operations Support Team
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Verfügbarkeit, den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Monitoring-Systeme, insbesondere zur Gewährleistung der Alarmierungsketten und Zertifizierungsanforderungen
- Du stellst die Visualisierung kritischer Rechenzentrumsinfrastrukturen (Stromversorgung, Kühlung, Kältetechnik, USV etc.) sicher und entwickelst diese weiter
- Du steuerst und entwickelst globale Supportprozesse für unsere Rechenzentrumslandschaft weiter
- Du arbeitest eng mit bereichsinternen IT- und Softwareteams für IT, Software und Netzwerkthemen sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen
- Du steuerst operativ und strategisch unser Co-Location Management, inklusive Zugangskontrolle, Security-Prozesse, Vertragsmanagement, Abstimmungen mit Anbietern, Space & Capacity Management sowie Change- und Incident Management
- Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Zertifizierungsprozessen (z. B. ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, C5, IT-Grundschutz)
- Du förderst und setzt innovative Technologien und Lösungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Datacenter-Betriebs um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Administration, im Betrieb oder Management von Rechenzentren oder komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen
- Du verfügst über einen fundierten IT-Background mit tiefgehendem Verständnis für IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerke und IT-Betriebsprozesse
- Du hast erste Führungserfahrung in einer internationalen Umgebung
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Datacenter Infrastruktur (HV, USV, Kälte, Energieversorgung), technisches Monitoring / Alarmierungssysteme, PLC und Kommunikationsprotokollen
- Du hast ein Grundverständnis von Netzwerkinfrastruktur und IT-Schnittstellen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit ITSM-Prozessen (z. B. ITIL)
- Du besitzt ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Innovationsbereitschaft und Affinität für neue Technologien im IT- und Datacenter-Betrieb

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
