Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest die Arbeiten im Bereich Großmaschinentechnik vor und nach – insbesondere für Stopf-, Kran- und Fließbandtechnik – und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf
- Du unterstützt das Fuhrparkmanagement, arbeitest im ECM3-Bereich mit und übernimmst Aufgaben in der Verwaltung und Optimierung des Fuhrparks im Segment Großmaschinentechnik
- Du vertrittst die Teamleitung bei Bedarf und unterstützt bei der Personaleinsatzplanung und Disposition
- Du koordinierst Projekte und arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Partner:innen zusammen, um Abläufe effizient und termingerecht umzusetzen
- Du überwachst und verbesserst Arbeitsprozesse, um höchste Qualitätsstandards in der Großmaschinentechnik sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifizierung
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in dispositiven Aufgaben oder im Eisenbahnbetrieb mit
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig, organisationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig
- Du hast technische Erfahrung im Gleisbau oder Bauhandwerk, Quereinsteiger:innen sind willkommen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
