- Du entwickelst und setzt eine unternehmensweite Automatisierungsstrategie um
- Du standardisierst Automatisierungssysteme und Prozessleittechnik über alle Standorte
- Du evaluierst neue Technologien wie Industrie 4.0, IoT und KI-basierte Prozessoptimierung
- Du planst das Budget und triffst Investitionsentscheidungen für Automatisierungsprojekte
Operative Verantwortung
- Du leitest und koordinierst alle Automatisierungsprojekte an den Produktionsstandorten
- Du stellst die Integration von Prozessleitsystemen, Steuerungen (SPS), Sensorik und Aktorik sicher
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards und analysierst Produktionsdaten zur Effizienzsteigerung und Fehlervermeidung
Teamführung
- Du baust ein Team von Industrieelektriker:innen, Mechatroniker:innen und Techniker:innen auf und führst es
- Du schulst und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Automatisierung und Digitalisierung weiter
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produktionsleitenden, Instandhaltung und IT zusammen und stimmst dich mit der Geschäftsführung, Produktionsleitung und externen Partner:innen ab
Kommunikation & Schnittstellen
- Du steuerst Dienstleistende und Lieferanten für Automatisierungstechnik und reportest über Projektfortschritte, KPIs und Investitionsbedarf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion im Bereich Automatisierung, idealerweise in der Futtermittel- oder Lebensmittelindustrie
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung und Prozessleitsystemen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Digitalisierungskonzepten wie Industrie 4.0
- Du bringst Führungs- und Projektmanagement-Erfahrung mit
- Du bist bereit, zu den Produktionsstandorten zu reisen
