Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus – von der Identifizierung neuer Potenziale bei Neu- und Bestandskunden bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren IT-Consultants analysierst Du die Bedarfe Deiner Kunden und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungsansätze in den Bereichen Virtualisierung, IT-Security und Mobile Computing.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner baust Du strategische Partnerschaften mit Deinen Kunden auf, sicherst so eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit und entwickelst Deine Accounts kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du entwickelst Deine Vertriebsstrategie, planst Deine Aktivitäten eigenständig und behältst Deine Pipeline sowie Deine Ziele stets im Blick.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium, idealerweise mit IT-Bezug, oder überzeugst uns als Quereinsteiger:in mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung.
- Du bringst gutes Fachwissen in modernen IT-Infrastrukturen mit, insbesondere in den Bereichen Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, Citrix), IT-Sicherheit und Netzwerktechnik.
- Deine Leidenschaft gilt dem IT-Lösungsvertrieb und du hast Freude daran, die strategischen Anforderungen von Kund:innen zu analysieren und zu erfüllen.
- Eine unternehmerische Denkweise, technisches Interesse und der Ehrgeiz, an Herausforderungen zu wachsen, zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit internationalen Partnern.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
