Was erwartet dich?
- Du disponierst nationale und internationale Fernverkehrsaufträge
- Du planst und steuerst die Transportkapazitäten effizient
- Du koordinierst die Transporte unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Terminen und den Qualitätsanforderungen unserer Kund:innen
- Du kommunizierst mit Fahrer:innen, Partner:innen und Kund:innen
- Du kontrollierst und bearbeitest Sendungen nach und stellst die Servicequalität sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Nahverkehr und Lager zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Disposition mit, idealerweise im Bereich Fernverkehr
- Du hast gute geografische Kenntnisse und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verhandlungssicher und teamfähig
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist belastbar, flexibel und denkst lösungsorientiert
- Du gehst sicher mit gängigen IT-Systemen und Speditionssoftware um

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
