Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und koordinierst auf der Baustelle
- Du verkabelst PV-Module und installierst Wechselrichter & Batteriespeicher
- Du führst elektrische Installationen im Schlüsselfertigbau durch - modern, effizient, nachhaltig
- Du modernisierst Elektroinstallationen in der Gebäudesanierung und führst Fehlerdiagnosen sowie Reparaturen an elektrischen Anlagen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Elektroniker (m/w/d) mit Know-how, hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und kennst dich in Normen wie DIN, VDE, VDS aus
- Du hast Hands-on-Erfahrung und weißt, wie Projekte laufen – ob Neubau, Sanierung oder PV
- Du bist eine Tamplayer:in und Anpacker:in, bist zuverlässig, organisiert und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du bist flexibel, durchsetzungsfähig, findest Lösungen und bewahrst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
- Du besitzt eine Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B und hast fließende Deutschkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
