Was erwartet dich?
- Sie betreuen und beraten die Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung eines kleinen HR-Teams
- Sie gestalten und führen den gesamten Employee Lifecycle durch – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Recruiting, von der Stellenausschreibung über die Interviews bis zur Auswahlentscheidung
- Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen und wirken in HR-Projekten mit
- Sie wirken bei der Entwicklung neuer Personalkonzepte mit und optimieren kontinuierlich bestehende HR-Instrumente und Prozesse
- Sie unterstützen strategische Themen, wie Unternehmensentwicklung und Change Management

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht; grundlegende Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuerrecht
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz und treten souverän gegenüber Führungskräften auf
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Recruitingmaßnahmen, sowie in der Auswahl und Gewinnung qualifizierter Talente
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Optimierung und Einführung von HR-Prozessen
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
- Fachkenntnisse im Engineering-Bereich sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
