Dazu wendest Du idealerweise Dein baulich-gestalterisches Wissen und Dein spezifisches Know-how aus der Healthcare-Branche an. Du berätst unsere Kunden in allen Fragen bezüglich eines Neu- oder Umbauprojektes. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Premium und Luxus. Dies vor allem im Bereich Arztpraxen, chirurgischen Einrichtungen, sowie Gesundheitszentren. Mit einem starken Team im Hintergrund bieten wir eine einzigartige Leistung. Extrem hohe Qualität und eine schnelle Umsetzung sprechen für uns als Umbaupartner.

Was erwartet dich?

Identifizierung - eigenständige Ermittlung von potenziellen Kunden und Entwicklung von Geschäftsbeziehungen.
Ausarbeitung - Erarbeitung von strategischen Vertriebszielen.
Betreuung – unserer Bestandskunden und Begleitung der Projekte während der Angebots- und Vertragsgestaltung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss.
Weiterentwicklung - aktive Mitwirkung beim kontinuierlichen Fortschreiten des Serviceportfolios.
Planung - Wochenplanung mit entsprechenden Gesprächsnotizen und die Nachverfolgung von Anbahnungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Bildungsweg - Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (z.B. als Schreiner oder Tischler) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium.
Leidenschaft - Du kannst Dich geschickt in einem wettbewerbs- und beratungsintensiven Markt durchsetzen und Kunden langfristig an Dich binden.
Einstellung - sowohl als Teamplayer, als auch als Einzelkämpfer fühlst Du Dich wohl und überzeugst durch eine dynamische und positive Ausstrahlung.
