Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen eigenverantwortlich Jahresabschlüsse und Bilanzen für unsere Mandant:innen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen.
- Sie übernehmen die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und fertigen die dazugehörigen betrieblichen sowie privaten Steuererklärungen an.
- Als direkte:r Ansprechpartner:in begleiten Sie unsere Mandant:innen bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Buchhaltungsprozesse und stehen bei Fachfragen beratend zur Seite.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie die Qualität der Abschlüsse sicher und wirken aktiv an der Optimierung interner Arbeitsabläufe mit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Sie sind sicher in der handels- und steuerrechtlichen Rechnungslegung sowie in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen.
- Eine sorgfältige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie haben Freude daran, im Team zu arbeiten und Mandant:innen bei buchhalterischen Fragen zu unterstützen.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
