Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und plausibilisieren Immobilienbewertungen oberhalb der Kleindarlehensgrenze
- Sie führen Objektbesichtigungen durch bzw. koordinieren diese
- Sie halten gesetzliche und aufsichtsrechtliche Vorgaben (z. B. BelWertV, MaRisk) ein
- Sie arbeiten unabhängig und neutral, losgelöst von Kreditvergabe und -entscheidung
- Sie beobachten den Markt im Bereich Immobilienbewertung und leiten Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Sie überprüfen turnusmäßig sowie anlassbezogen die Werthaltigkeit von Sicherheiten und klären rechtliche Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Immobilienbewertung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilien, Bank oder Bauwesen
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Bereich der Immobilienbewertung
- Sie sind idealerweise nach BelWertV zertifiziert oder bereit, sich entsprechend zu qualifizieren
- Sie haben ein gutes rechtliches Verständnis in Bezug auf Grundstücks- und Sicherheitenrecht
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Entscheidungsfähigkeit, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sicheres Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
