Was erwartet dich?

Du führst das Quality Engineering Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und bist verantwortlich für die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams
Du entwickelst und implementierst Teststrategien, -prozesse und Qualitätsstandards für unsere Softwareprodukte
Du planst, überwachst und optimierst Testaktivitäten entlang des gesamten Softwareentwicklungszyklus
Du arbeitest mit deinem Team eng mit Entwickler:innen, Produktmanager:innen und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen, um Qualitätsprobleme frühzeitig zu identifizieren und zu beheben
Du konzipierst, betreust und entwickelst Testautomatisierungslösungen und -frameworks kontinuierlich weiter
Du treibst eigenverantwortlich die Themen der Qualitätssicherung und KPIs voran und analysierst Testergebnisse, erstellst aussagekräftige Reports sowie Dashboards für das Management und die SCRUM-Teams

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Sicherstellung von Softwarequalität und den dazugehörigen Methodiken (z. B. ISTQB) und hast umfassende Kenntnisse in der Testautomatisierung auf Integrations- und End-to-End-Ebene
Du besitzt Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Betreuung von Automatisierungsplattformen, insbesondere für Cloud Services innerhalb von CI/CD-Pipelines
Du verfügst über Programmierkenntnisse, idealerweise in TypeScript oder vergleichbaren Sprachen
Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Teamstrukturen, Teambuilding sowie der Begleitung und Gestaltung von Wachstum. Du führst Mitarbeitende effektiv und förderst ihre persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung
Du hast Freude an Veränderungsprozessen und förderst aktiv Innovationen. Dein Interesse an Produktentwicklung und -verbesserung motiviert dich, unser Produkt nachhaltig am Markt voranzubringen
