Als Teamleiter HR Services hast du die Möglichkeit mit deinem Team diesen Bereich strategisch und operativ maßgeblich zu gestalten und mit deinem Erfahrungsschatz unsere Arbeitgebermarke nachhaltig zu stärken, gezielt passende Talente zu gewinnen und VEGA entscheidend bei der Positionierung als attraktiver Arbeitgeber zu unterstützen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du führst das Team HR Services, das aus den Teilbereichen Recruiting, Personal-/Hochschulmarketing, Employer Branding, Gesundheitsmanagement und Backoffice sowie Empfang besteht
- Du bist maßgeblicher Impulsgeber für die Entwicklung einer Strategie für die Themen Employer Branding, HR Marketing und Recruiting (KI im Recruiting, Ausbau Social Media, etc.)
- Du konzipierst und setzt Prozesse und Maßnahmen um und stellst die effiziente und zielgerichtete Umsetzung in partnerschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team sicher (Erschließung neuer Recruiting-Kanäle und -Instrumente, Entwicklung von Kampagnen, u.ä.)
- Du übernimmst eigene Recruiting-Mandate und nimmst an Recruiting-Veranstaltungen teil
- Du arbeitest in übergreifenden HR-Projekten mit

Dein Profil:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du hast nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung im Bereich Personal
- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Employer Branding und Recruiting sowie Vertragsrecht und angrenzender Fachbereiche im HR mit
- Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und ein Talent für's Netzwerken
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast einen ausgeprägten Gestaltungswillen und eine Hands-on-Mentalität und gehst proaktiv an Herausforderungen heran

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
