Deine Aufgaben:
- Infrastruktur-Modernisierung & Skalierung: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technical Director die Cloud-Infrastruktur (AWS) sowie die bestehende Applikationsarchitektur zu einer hochperformanten, skalierbaren und zukunftssicheren Lösung modernisieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Verantwortung für die vollständige Überführung und Wartung der AWS-Infrastruktur in einen "Infrastructure-as-Code"-Ansatz (z.B. Terraform, Ansible), um Automatisierung, Reproduzierbarkeit und Effizienz zu maximieren.
- CI/CD-Refactoring: Modernisierung, Optimierung und Refactoring unserer Deployment Pipelines (CI/CD), um automatisierte, schnelle und zuverlässige Releases zu gewährleisten.
- Sicherheit & Compliance: Sicherstellung der höchsten Sicherheitsstandards in der gesamten Infrastruktur und den Deployment-Prozessen zur Erreichung des langfristigen Ziels einer ISO-Zertifizierung und zur Einhaltung aller Compliance-Anforderungen.
- Wartung & Kostenoptimierung: Proaktive Wartung, Monitoring und Performance-Tuning der bestehenden AWS-Services sowie kontinuierliche Identifizierung und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung (FinOps) der Cloud-Infrastruktur.
- Mentoring & Wissenstransfer: Als technischer Sparringspartner agieren und dein tiefgreifendes Fachwissen im Bereich Cloud und Infrastruktur aktiv an das Team weitergeben.

- Experten-Know-how AWS: Nachweisliche Expertenkenntnisse und tiefgreifende praktische Erfahrung mit AWS, inklusive eines breiten Spektrums an Kern-Services (von EC2 über ECS, RDS, S3 und IAM bis hin zu Lambda).
- Cloud-Sicherheit: Fundierte Expertenkenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Sicherstellung von Sicherheitsstandards im Cloud-Umfeld (z.B. Netzwerksicherheit, IAM-Richtlinien, Verschlüsselung, Audits).
