Was erwartet dich?
- Du legst als Teil des Systemplanungsteams Energiesysteme mit Wärmepumpen für Mehrfamilienhäuser aus
- Du führst Begehungen vor Ort durch, um ein gutes Verständnis zur Umgebung und den Gebäudestrukturen zu erhalten, und visualisierst mit modernen Tools digitale Grundrisse für die weiteren Planungen
- Du sorgst mit Heizlastberechnungen, Anlagen- und Rohrleitungsdimensionierung sowie Materialermittlungen für die passenden technischen Grundlagen entsprechend der erstellten Grundrisse
- Du tauschst dich eng mit unseren Partner:innen und Hersteller:innen zur Planung aus
- Du arbeitest digital und nutzt passende Softwarelösungen für jeden Einsatzbereich
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bauprojektteams zusammen, bringst eigene Ideen ein, verbesserst Prozesse und entwickelst unsere Wärmepumpensysteme weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist motiviert, ein Unternehmen mitzugestalten, Prozesse und Tätigkeiten neu zu denken, und dich begeistern Veränderung und Herausforderungen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technischer Zeichner oder technischer Systemplaner HKLS (m/w/d) absolviert oder ähnliche Erfahrungen als Meister, Techniker SHK-Anlagenmechaniker oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d) für Kältetechnik und kannst fundierte Erfahrungen in der Auslegungsplanung vorweisen
- Du bringst mindestens 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrungen mit
- Du verfügst über Routine mit CAD-Programmen und einem sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Anlagen-, Rohrleitungs- oder Heizungsbau und bist bereit, gelegentlich Baustellenbesuche zu tätigen
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
