Wir sind mehr als ein Shop: Mit 20 begeisterten Hobbyisten, über 16.000 Artikeln auf Lager, eigenen Produktentwicklungen und einem Event-Store prägen wir die Szene als führender E-Commerce-Händler. Du bist der Wachstumsmotor zwischen unseren 16.000 Produkten und der Community. Dein Job ist es, durch smarte Technik und scharfe Texte aus bloßem Interesse echten Umsatz zu generieren. Du verwaltest nicht den Status Quo, sondern baust als Architekt die Systeme, die uns 2026 endgültig zur Marktführerschaft katapultieren.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du konzipierst und steuerst unser E-Mail-Marketing.
- Du planst, testest und skalierst profitable Werbekampagnen auf Meta & Google und verwaltest das Budget effizient (ROAS-Fokus).
- Du implementierst und überwachst die technische Infrastruktur, damit wir nie blind fliegen.
- Du schreibst verkaufsstarke Werbetexte und lieferst Skripte für unsere Content-Creator.
- Du baust High-Converting Landingpages und Funnels, um Besucher gezielt in Kunden zu verwandeln.
- Du automatisierst Marketing-Prozesse und verknüpfst unsere Tools, um manuelle Arbeit zu eliminieren.

Dein Profil
- Du blickst auf mindestens 2 Jahre operative Erfahrung im Performance Marketing oder Media Buying zurück (Agentur oder E-Com) und hast Werbebudget von mindestens 20.000 € im Monat bewegt.
- Du beherrschst den Meta Business Manager, Google Ads und E-Mail-Automation-Tools sicher.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert mit Excel/Google Sheets, analysierst KPIs (ROAS, CLV) routiniert und triffst Entscheidungen auf Datenbasis, nicht aus dem Bauch heraus.
- Du kommunizierst präzise und absolut fehlerfrei in Wort und Schrift.
- Du arbeitest lieber im Büro im direkten Austausch mit dem Team.

Im ersten Schritt führst du ein kurzes Interview mit uns. Anschließend erfolgt per E-Mail die Einladung zum persönlichen Kennenlernen, oder eine Absage.
2. Persönliches Kennenlernen
Das persönliche Kennenlernen findet per Videocall statt. Wir besprechen alle Einzelheiten und du erhältst anschließend eine Einladung zum Schnuppertag oder eine Absage.
3. Schnuppertag
Am Schnuppertag lernst du das Team kennen, erhältst einen Einblick in das Tagesgeschäft und absolvierst Übungen zu deinem Aufgabengebiet. Das Feedback (Zu-/Absage) erhältst du anschließend per E-Mail.
4. Einstellung
Im vierten Schritt erfolgt die Vertragsunterzeichnung und der Start des Onboardings. Herzlich willkommen im Team Taschengelddieb!

You can upload your application documents in your Workwise profile. These can only be viewed by companies you are applying to.

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
