Deine Aufgaben
- Media Buying & Skalierung: Anlegen, Steuern und Skalieren von Werbeanzeigen (Meta, Google) und dem dazugehörigen Budget
- Technisches Targeting: Implementierung komplexer Targeting-Strategien und Zielgruppen-Management
- Tracking-Setup: Fehlerfreie Einrichtung und Management von Metapixel, KB Tracking und Google Tag Manager
- Webseiten-Erstellung: Konzeption und technische Umsetzung von Landing Pages/OnePages zur Optimierung der Conversion
- Automatisierung & Tools: Erstellung von Workflows, Verknüpfung von Systemen (z.B. CRM-Anbindung) und Nutzung von Zapier/Make/N8N
- Datenanalyse: Durchführung datengetriebener Analysen und Berichte in Google Sheets/Excel zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Strategische Einbindung: Direkte Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Produktmanagement basierend auf Performance-Erkenntnissen

Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce Performance Marketing/Media Buying
- Du beherrschst den sicheren Umgang mit Meta Business Center und den jeweiligen Anzeigenmanagern
- Du hast technische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Webseiten/Landing Pages und kleineren Programmierungen (WordPress, Komponenten)
- Der Umgang mit Tracking-Systemen, Google Tag Manager und Analysen ist dir vertraut
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools wie Zapier, Make oder N8N
- Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und hast exzellente Fähigkeiten in der Tabellenkalkulation (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Du bist ein pragmatischer Umsetzer mit hoher Affinität zu unseren Produkten und arbeitest gerne im Büro
