Als Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Consultant (m/w/d) berätst du unsere Kund*innen ganzheitlich zu Produkt-, Preis- und Angebotsprozessen und setzt diese hands-on in skalierbare Salesforce-Lösungen um. Dabei übernimmst du die fachliche Steuerung der Anforderungen, führst Workshops durch und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund*innen und Projektteam.
Deine Mission:
- Du berätst unsere Kund*innen zu Themen rund um Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud – von der Produktmodellierung über Preisgestaltung bis hin zur Angebotserstellung.
- Du bist unser*e Expert*in für Salesforce CPQ und Revenue Cloud und kennst die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Plattform. Dabei behältst du die Sales Cloud im Blick und integrierst kundenspezifische Anforderungen.
- Du packst auch mit an im System und supportest das Team – von der Abnahme bis zum Testing.
- Du führst Anforderungsanalysen, CPQ-Workshops und Prozessaufnahmen durch, um komplexe Produkt- und Preislogiken zu strukturieren.
- Du setzt die Anforderungen in passende Salesforce-Lösungen um, inklusive Dokumentengenerierung (z. B. Conga, PDF Butler) und Flow-Automationen.
- Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Kund*innen und NEO-Team und navigierst Projekte agil durch alle Anforderungen

Dein Skillset:
- Ca. 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung mit Salesforce CPQ (ehemals SteelBrick)
- Fundiertes Wissen in Sales Cloud (Opportunity, Pipeline, Forecast, Angebote)
- Kenntnisse in Salesforce-Administration und Flow Automations
- Erfahrung in Produktmodellierung (Bundles, Optionen, Attribute), Pricing (Preisregeln, Rabatte, Genehmigungsprozesse) und Quoting-Prozessen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Pricing-/Produktlogiken zu strukturieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
