Was erwartet dich?
- Du gewinnst aktiv Neukund:innen im Bereich Dokumentenmanagement (DocuWare) und ERP-Lösungen (Sage 100, Haufe x360)
- Du stärkst deinen Kundenpool mit einem vorhandenen Lead Pool, Cold Calling und schöpfst aus dem Bestandskundenausbau
- Du berätst und präsentierst unsere Lösungen bei Kund:innen – vor Ort und remote
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Consultants zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte IT-Konzepte zu entwickeln
- Du begleitest den gesamten Vertriebsprozess – von der Angebotslegung bis zum Abschluss

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine kaufmännische oder IT-nahe Ausbildung sowie erste Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit, idealerweise im Software-Umfeld.
- Du hast bereits mit ERP- oder DMS-Systemen (z. B. Sage, DocuWare) gearbeitet oder bist motiviert, dich in diese Themen tief einzuarbeiten.
- Als kommunikationsstarkes Vertriebstalent arbeitest du eigenständig, zielorientiert und schätzt den Austausch im Team.
- Für gelegentliche Termine bei Kund:innen vor Ort bringst du Reisebereitschaft und einen Führerschein der Klasse B mit.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
