Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den gesamten strategischen und operativen Einkaufsprozess für technische Komponenten im Bootsbau – von der Marktanalyse bis zur Materialbeschaffung.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Abteilungen Engineering, Fertigung und Projektleitung analysieren Sie technische Anforderungen und Spezifikationen.
- Sie führen Verhandlungen, schließen Verträge mit nationalen sowie internationalen Partnern und bauen langfristige Lieferantenbeziehungen auf und pflegen diese.
- Sie steuern die gesamte Supply Chain, überwachen Liefertermine sowie Logistikprozesse und stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Kostenzielen sicher.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf mit, vorzugsweise aus einer Branche wie dem Maschinen-, Schiff- oder Fahrzeugbau.
- Ein tiefes technisches Verständnis für Komponenten, Baugruppen und Fertigungsprozesse zeichnet Sie aus.
- Als kommunikations- und verhandlungsstarke Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und gerne im Team an technischen Schnittstellen.
- Für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
