Wir entwickeln und fertigen Hochleistungsboote aus Aluminium für polizeiliche, militärische und sicherheitsrelevante Einsätze. An unseren Standorten vereinen wir alle Schlüsseltechnologien – von Design und Engineering, CFD/FEM-Analysen und digitalem Twinning bis hin zu automatisiertem Schweißen mit einer speziell für uns entwickelten Roboteranlage, Systemintegration und Elektronikentwicklung. Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen Online-Programme für robotergestütztes Schweißen
- Sie stimmen sich mit der CAD-Konstruktion zur schweißgerechten Gestaltung von Baugruppen ab
- Sie dokumentieren und entwickeln die Programmstandards kontinuierlich weiter
- Sie erstellen und optimieren Offline-Programme für robotergestütztes Schweißen (erst nach entsprechenden Schulungen)
- Sie unterstützen beim Roboter-Setup, bei der Nahtvermessung und bei Schweißversuchen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektro- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Online-Programmierung von Industrierobotern
- Sie haben Verständnis für Offline-Programmierung, was von Vorteil ist – eine mehrtägige Schulung beim Hersteller ist Bestandteil der Einarbeitung
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Bereich Schweißen, idealerweise Aluminium
- Sie gehen sicher mit 3D-CAD-Daten um und haben Interesse an Bauteilstrukturen
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und systematisch mit einem Blick für Prozessqualität und sind bereit zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Konstruktion und Qualitätswesen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
