- Du analysierst lösungsorientiert Kundenprozesse vor Ort und identifizierst die relevanten Pain Points

- Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Operations, Projektmanagement und Marketing zusammen, damit aus guten Ideen starke Lösungen werden
- Du pflegst die Deal-Pipeline, Aktivitäten und Forecasts in HubSpot strukturiert – transparent, sauber und zuverlässig

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktion, Logistik, Intralogistik oder Supply Chain und kennst die Abläufe sowie die Sprache der Praxis
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis und einen sicheren Umgang mit technischen Abläufen, denkst in End-to-End und bleibst hands-on
- Du hast eine hohe IT-Affinität und fühlst dich in Tech-Themen wie Sensorik, IoT, Software, Schnittstellen und Implementierungen zu Hause
- Du bist sicher im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger technischer Lösungen (B2B) und machst komplexe Themen verständlich
- Du hast Routine in Online-Meetings, Präsentationen und Angebotsprozessen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke, hältst Fäden zusammen und bleibst verlässlich

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
