Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die operative Steuerung der Fertigung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Du bist zudem verantwortlich für das Anlegen von Fertigungsaufträgen in SAP, lastest sie ein und aktualisierst sie bei Bedarf
- Du überwachst die Verfügbarkeit von Personal und Material. Dabei unterstützt du bei der Schulung und Einweisung der Mitarbeitenden an den Produktionsanlagen und teilst die Mitarbeitenden den jeweiligen Aufgaben zu
- Du kontrollierst die ausgeführten Arbeiten und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse. Du hältst Betriebsanweisungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prüfvorgaben konsequent ein. Du gibst Rückmeldungen zu deinen Arbeitsschritten im ERP-System

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund und/oder bist Meister:in oder Techniker:in, beispielsweise als Anlagenmechaniker:in, Mechatroniker:in oder in verwandten Disziplinen
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Rohrleitungsbau und in der elektrischen Verdrahtung von Anlagen mit
- Du hast Vorerfahrungen bei der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und zuverlässig, behältst den Überblick in komplexen Situationen und triffst klare Entscheidungen
- Du verfügst über Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du bist bereit, im 2-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten und hast verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
